This unique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, located on a charming pedestrian street behind a large shopping mall. The authentic palace building, refurbished to western standards, has a stunning design with courtyards and balconies. The staff is attentive, and the eastern and western breakfast options are excellent.

Tucked away in a charming pedestrian zone of the old town, this boutique hotel is a gem. Its location provides a peaceful stay close to a big shopping mall and several restaurants. the rooms are stylishly decorated and have a modern and well-appointed open bathroom. the staff is friendly, and the turndown service is a nice touch. With complimentary Wi-Fi and fresh fruit, this authentic palace is worth the stay.
The size of the standard rooms could be a bit larger to accommodate more luggage or provide a hanging space.

Spent Xmas here and what an amazing place! the staff were so friendly and helpful, offering a Christmas dinner and Christmas-themed breakfast to really get us in the festive mood. One of the highlights was the location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to all the sights. the room was also lovely, with tasteful decor and comfortable bedding.
The lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite stuffy at times. the walls weren't very soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the well-appointed rooms with stylish and modern amenities available at the hotel. The location of the hotel provided quick and easy access to many of the popular sites in the city while still offering a peaceful and calm escape. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which allowed me to relax comfortably in my room.
My stay was marred by a few negative aspects. the staff was not very helpful, and their service level left a lot to be desired.
